Missing Him And Texas

I went to see Victor for a week. I left on October 28th and came back November 4th. It was my first time ever taking an airplane and the take-off especially got me. Honestly, it scared me. I had a layover in Atlanta. And the airport there is huge.

It wasn’t so bad on the second plane. I was so excited when I finally got to San Antonio, Texas. Victor met me inside the airport.

I had such an amazing time there. Texas felt like home and I miss it. I miss Victor so much.

I wanted to update sooner and I’ll try to write a longer post soon about my time in Texas, but when I came back to Pennsylvania, I became seriously depressed. It has taken me all this time to shake it off. I’ve only started feeling better the past 2 or 3 days.

I just really miss him and I am not happy at all here in Pennsylvania. But I’ll write more about that in another post. Just wanted to write something quick and share a few pictures.

Me and Victor. You can see his cat, too. Haha 🙂

And this is the ring he gave me. It is to show his commitment to me.

I’ll do my best to write a longer post soon. Hope you all are doing well.

Positivity Week Day 5: Ten Things I Enjoy

This is my list of ten things I enjoy in no particular order.

Writing – I’m sure this comes as no surprise. I love writing. It is my passion, it’s what I love doing and it’s what I’m currently pursuing. I want writing to be my career. It is what I want to do for a living and it is something I love doing.

Books – This is another that’s not a surprise. I love to read. Books are amazing. They help experience cultures and other things we might not otherwise.

Crafting – Though I make crafts for money, it is something I really enjoy doing. For me, it is fun and relaxing. And I’m always excited to see how the item looks once I’m finished.

Video Games – I have been gaming since I was around 5. I love playing video games. They are fun and often many have really good stories.

Paranormal Investigating – I have seen ghosts since I was a little kid. The first 10 years of my life I lived in a farm-house that was over 200 years old and I know there was something there. I’ve been a paranormal investigator for 12 years now. It is always interesting to see what you get when you ghost hunt and I find it fun. There is nothing like being out at night in Gettysburg with only a camera and digital recorder.

Blogging – I know I haven’t had as much time for it lately, but I enjoy blogging as much as I ever did. It has helped to improve my writing and I have met a lot of great friends through blogging.

Powwows – I think going to Powwows are so much fun. It is hard to describe the feelings I get when I am at one. I’d love to learn the dances one day and be able to dance at Powwows. I haven’t been to any Powwows in the past two years. Last year, it rained during the Muddy Run Powwow and so I didn’t go. When the next Powwow came up, I was not able to go because I’d hurt my ankle badly. This year because of all the financial problems I wasn’t able to go to any.

Movies/TV – I’m just going to count these as one since both are things you watch. I do really enjoy watching movies and TV. I love to watch things that make laugh or make me think or something with a really good story.

Music – Music is important to me. It is one of the things that helped me so much as a teenager. I still listen to my CDs whenever I have the time.

Travel – I enjoy to travel because it is nice to get away for a while. It is nice to see new places or go to your favorite places.
